A highly accomplished entrepreneur and media strategist, Garry Sage’s twenty-five years in advertising and marketing has forged a trail of success from the remote metropolis of Alaska to Southern California’s playground of the stars. Combined with his insider experience working for media conglomerates such as ABC and FOX, and his keen insight and ability to maximize audience and target market reach, Garry has led JNS Next to purchase and manage millions of regional and international advertising dollars, yielding profitable ROI for his clients.

Having spent the bulk of her 15+ year career in the advertising agency environment, Risseth Lora is a true hybrid of the industry. Originally from Los Angeles, Risseth’s career began in the public relations field and quickly morphed into marketing for several high end developments and real estate developers, most notably the Irvine Company. For several years, she worked exclusively opposite one of the market’s most talented creative directors at Scott Burch Design, which helped hone her creative side and taught her the importance of clearly interpreting a brand through the art of graphics and words. Since then, local business has become her specialty which has led to major contributions and management of several strategic marketing campaigns for notable clients including The Living Desert Zoo & Gardens, Bighorn Golf Club, Regency Residential, City of La Quinta and the East Valley Coalition, among many others.

Jessica is the driving force of JNS in the San Diego market, which comes as no surprise. At a young age, she discovered that marketing was her intended career path. Her passion for marketing grew after spending a year with an advertising agency in Northern California, gaining marketing experience with several industries such as Real Estate, Education, Small Business and Non-Profit. Jessica was identified as a future leader in the destination marketing industry by Destination Marketing Association Internation (DMAI) “30 under 30” program in 2013. She is also a 2012 graduate of Leadership Coachella Valley. She has served on various association boards including American Advertising Federation and Junior League.

David is a marketing, public relations, design and photography professional with experience in multimedia communications, with more than 10 years’ experience in the tourism marketing field. David joins us after 9 years in Sonoma Valley. With a diverse range of skills, David brings a solid understanding of the strategic verbal and visual communications blend to his clients and provides ample knowledge about destinations, businesses and nonprofits. Staying on top of the latest new media tools and tactics, as well as traditional platforms, David helps clients understand the value of each marketing tool and builds successful marketing, public relations and advertising campaigns around goals and objectives. David has worked with clients including Experience Sonoma Valley, Visit Petaluma, the Sonoma International Film Festival, Sonoma Valley Museum of Art and more. David was the president of Sonoma Young Professionals and served on the board of the Sonoma Chamber of Commerce.

Originally joining JNS Next as a summer intern, he was quickly recognized for his unstoppable enthusiasm which lead him directly to his current position as Media Supervisor. His can-do attitude is contagious as those around him pick up on his zest for maximizing the potential of anything placed before him. Jerremy has developed an appreciation for strategic planning and honed a sharp skill set of his own for identifying targets, processes, and cultivating opportunities for the benefit of client goals. “I’m a spreadsheet guy,” Jerremy proclaims, “so one of my favorite things is when clients tell me what they need and I build a complete plan from scratch.”

Accolades in abundance, Lauren Sage graduated from California State University, Sacramento, on the Dean’s List and with the President’s Education Award under her belt. Her diverse experience working with retail, education, health and beauty, and with accounting industries give her a broad scope of awareness of marketing trends and target audience engagement. “I enjoy interacting and connecting with clients and colleagues,” Lauren says. “I get excited about helping them to reach their ultimate goals.” An organizer by nature, Lauren brings order and streamlined communication to the team.

Digital Marketing Manager
Andrew is the digital guru of the bunch. His focus revolves around digital advertising planning and implementation, social media and website services for the agency and its clients. He holds an extensive background in development and management of websites, having started his own freelance business and the age of 16. Andrew also worked as a product intern for FoxSports.com, followed by a position as digital content manager for the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project. Most recently, he held a role as digital media manager for Palm Springs Desert Media for four years.

A recent graduate from Xavier College Preparatory High School, Stephanie Sage is a young professional who brings positivity wherever she goes. Having been a competitor in horse riding for 7 years, Stephanie knows what it means to work hard. Her passion towards horses and animals, in general, has given Stephanie a caring foundation which she brings to the office daily. Her bubbly, outgoing personality helps her connect with clients and brings structure to the workplace. Stephanie’s background in scheduling, time management and overall organization help enable the team to pave successful outcomes for clients of the agency.
